Biography
After his naval service he joined the Victoria Conservatory of Music as Administrator 1969-73 & 1980-82. He served with The Canadian Executive Service Overseas (CUSO) for service in Nigeria and West Africa 1975-77 and Malaysia 1978-80. (He was retired again 01/09/1982.)
