Military Service
He was appointed as a Lieutenant-Commander (Temp.) RCNVR (With seniority dated 24/08/1942). He served in NSHQ on Staff of Directorate of Warfare and Training 1943. He was appointed as a A/Commander (P) (WHA) RCNVR 1944. He served in NSHQ as Director of Naval Air Division 1944. He served in HMCS Niobe in Air Section as Naval Assistant (Air) 1945. (He was demobilized.)
