In 2017 he was living in Ancaster ON.

 

Military Service
He was appointed as an Officer Cadet RCN(R) (With seniority dated 01/09/1963). In 1963-1964 he served in HMCS Donnacona for UNTD. In 1964 heserved in HMCS Cornwallis for Training. In 1964 he served in HMCS Cap de la Madeleine for Sea Training. (He was released 1964).

Anecdotes
Mike Street reports that "I went to Cornwallis in May 1964 and was lucky enough to go on the England/France 20th Anniversary of D-Day cruise aboard HMCS Cap de la Madeleine. I had to return to Montreal in August 1964 to write a supp and was not allowed to continue in the UNTD by the school and was released."
