Biography
He graduated from Dalhousie University with a BCom (1958), and a LLB. After his naval service he was a lawyer.

 

Military Service
He was appointed as a Naval Cadet (S) (UNTD) RCN(R) (With seniority dated 02/01/1956). He served in HMCS Scotian for UNTD 1955-1958. He was appointed as a Sub-Lieutenant RCN(R) 1959. He was appointed as a Lieutenant RCN(R)(With seniority dated 01/07/1960). In 1960-1963 he served in HMCS Prevost. (He was released.)
