Biography
He was the Director of the Canadian War Museum. He was elected as Town Councillor - Merrickville, ON. He is the author of 11 books of naval fiction.

 

Military Service
He was appointed as a Naval Cadet (UNTD) RCN(R) (With seniority dated 1961). He served in HMCS Donnacona for UNTD 1961. He was appointed as a SubLieutenant (RCN(R)). (He was released 1966.) He was appointed as an Honorary Captain (N) (CF).
