From 1925 to 1939 he was the Master of the motor vessel Kipawo operating a ferry service between Kingsport and Parrsboro NS. During the Second World War he installed radar systems in military airports in eastern Canada. He was with the North Cumberland Ferry Service and Ferguson Industries Ltd., Pictou for over 25 years. |
