Biography
He was living in Digby NS at the time of his recruitment. He attended St. Francis Xavier University. In 1952 he was the winner of a Navy League of Canada National Scholarship.

 

Military Service
He was appointed as a Naval Cadet (UNTD) RCN(R) 1951. In 1951 he served in HMCS Scotian for UNTD. (He was released.)
