Military Service

He was appointed as a Naval Cadet RCN (With seniority dated 20/08/1944). He served in the Royal Roads (RCNC) 1944. He was appointed as a Midshipman RCN (With seniority dated 03/07/1946). He was appointed as an A/Sub-Lieutenant RCN (With seniority dated 03/11/1947). He served in HMCS Haida for Training 1948. He was appointed as a Sub-Lieutenant RCN (With seniority dated 03/11/1947). He served in HMCS Micmac 1949. He was appointed as a Lieutenant (P) RCN. (Commission terminated, discharged dead 11/12/1950.)
