Biography
He came to Canada in 1907 and was entered McGill University. He qualified as a teacher in 1921. He was the Principal of Shaughnessey College School for Boys to 1932. He joined Vancouver School Board in 1932.

 

Military Service
He was appointed as a Private in the 72nd Seaforth Highlanders of Canada 1915. He served overseas. (He transferred to the RNAS in 1917). (He was demobilized in 1919). He joined the Seaforth Highlanders of Canada (Militia) as an officer in 1929. (He was demobilized.)
