Biography
He spent his childhood in the USA, he moved to Canada in 1953. He was living in Montreal QC at the time of his recruitment. The Troubetzkoy family was a Princely house in Russia before the Revolution. At an early age he emigrated to the United States. A graduate of Concordia University and Bishop's University, He is the author of Imperial Legend: The Mysterious Disappearance of Tsar Alexander I and The Road to Balaklava. He lives in Canada. He was the Head Master of the Toronto French School at one time. He is the Executive Director of the Tolstoy Foundation in New York. He is sometimes referred to by the title - "H.H. Prince". He was notably the Headmaster of 3 well known Private schools, Selwyn in Montreal, Appleby in Oakville and Toronto French School. He authored a number of books focusing primarily on Russia History.
 
Military Service
He was appointed as a Naval Cadet (UNTD) RCN(R) 1953. He served in HMCS Donnacona for UNTD 1953-1956. He was appointed as a Sub-Lieutenant RCN(R) (With seniority dated 01/09/1956). He was appointed as a Lieutenant (RCN(R))(With seniority dated 01/09/1958). In 1958-1963 he served in HMCS Donnacona. (He was qualified as an Interpreter (3rd Class) of Russian in 1956.) (He was released 1963.)
