He is the older brother of Theodore H Tulchinsky. He was living in Brantford at the time of his recruitment into the navy. In 1957 he graduated in Political Science and Economics from U of T. He was appointed as Professor Emeritus - History Department - Queen's University, Kingston, ON. He was appointed as Professor Emeritus at Queens University. |
