Biography
He began his teaching career at Cornwall Collegiate and Vocational School, then spent two years in Grenada, working with CIDA to establish the Commercial and Domestic Arts Institute. He was Vice-President of George Brown College. He was the President of Community Living Toronto.
 
Military Service
He was appointed as a Naval Cadet (UNTD) RCN(R) 1951. In 1951-1954 he served in HMCS Hunter for UNTD. He was appointed as a Sub-Lieutenant RCN(R) (With seniority dated 01/09/1954) on the retired list. He served in HMCS Hunter. He served in HMCS Nonsuch. (He was released.)
