Military Service

(Short Service Appointment). He was appointed as an Officer Cadet (SSA) RCN (With seniority dated 01/09/1964). He served in HMCS Venture (Officer Training Establishment) for Training 1964. He served in HMCS Chippawa 1964. He served in HMCS Venture (Officer Training establishment) 1964. He served in Flying Training. He was Awarded Wings. He was appointed as an A/Sub-Lieutenant (SSA) RCN (With seniority dated 03/07/1965). He was appointed as a Sub-Lieutenant (SSA) RCN (With seniority dated 03/07/1966). He served in HMCS Shearewater and HMCS Bonaventure for VS-880 Squadron 1968-1971. He was appointed as a Lieutenant (N) (MARS) (With seniority dated 18/12/1973). He was appointed as a Lieutenant-Commander (MARS). In 1988-1991 he served in CFS Aldergrove as Commanding Officer. (He was released.)
