Anecdotes
He was killed in action on 04/03/1917. Leading ‘B’ Flight of Naval 3 Sqdr. on patrol, he encountered four Albatross Scouts. During the combat he fell out of his Sopwith Pup at 6,000 ft. over Vis-en-Atrois, France
