Biography
He received a PhD in Electrical Engineering at the University of Minnesota in 1959. He was Associate Professor at the University of Washington 1960-66. In 1966 he was appointed as Professor of Electrical Engineering at the university of Waterloo. He was chair of the Ontario Council on Graduate Studies from 1976 to 1978 and co-ordinator of the Ontario Centres of Excellence from 1987 to 1992.

 

Military Service
He was appointed as an Ordinary Seaman (Officer Candidate UNTD) RCNVR 1943. He served in HMCS Chippawa 1943-1945. (He was released.)
