Biography |

He was qualified as a Lawyer. After practicing law in Nova Scotia and then in Ottawa with the Deptartment of Justice, he joined the Legal Department of Air Canada in Montreal in 1966. He rose to the executive ranks and was instrumental in establishing Air Canada air routes into the Peoples Republic of China and Eastern Europe in the 1970s. Upon retirement, he became an air carrier consultant in Canada and the USA. |
