Biography
After his naval service he joined the Public Service Commission as Staffing and Planning Officer. Later he joined the Department of Labour as Chief of Manpower Planning. Then he joined the Department of Indian Affairs as a Personnel Officer. He retired as the Director of Personnel in the Department of Labour in 1981.
