Biography
After his naval service he worked for Simonds Saw Company for 20 years and then became a trade consultant with the BC Government.
 
Military Service
Ordinary Seaman (Officer Candidate) RCNVR 06/1940. (CFR) He was appointed as a Sub-Lieutenant (Temp.) RCNVR (With seniority dated 22/12/1941). He served with the Royal Navy. He was appointed as a Lieutenant (Temp.) RCNVR. He served in HMC LCI (L) 310 (In command) in 264th Canadian LCI Flotilla for Operation Neptune 1944. (He was demobilized.) He was appointed as a Lieutenant-Commander RCN(R) Promoted from the retired list.
