He was appointed as a AC/2 RCAF. He served in RCAF for Flying Training, (Transferred to the RNVR), He was appointed as a Sub-Lieutenant (A) (Temp.) RNVR. (He was demobilized.) He was appointed as a Lieutenant RCN(R) (With seniority dated 06/11/1945). (He was released.)
