Biography
He is the son of former Liberal Cabinet Minister, Robert Winters. He was living in Toronto ON at the time of his recruitment into the navy. He served as President and CEO - British Steel USA and as President - Probus Club - Grand Bend, ON.

 

Military Service
He was appointed as a Naval Cadet (UNTD) RCN(R) 1959. He served in HMCS Cataraqui for UNTD 1959-1962. He was appointed as an A/Sub-Lieutenant RCN(R) 1962. He was appointed as an Sub-Lieutenant RCN(R) 1963. (He was released 1963.)
