Military Service

He was appointed as an A/Sub-Lieutenant RCN(R) (With seniority dated 14/05/1951). He served in HMCS Chatham 1951, (Short Service Appointment). He was appointed as an A/Sub-Lieutenant (SSA) RCN (With seniority dated 14/05/1951). He was appointed as a Sub-Lieutenant (SSA) RCN (With seniority dated 14/05/1952). He served in RCAF for Flying Course 1954. He served in the RN for #39 A/S OFC 1954. (He died in a flying accident 04/12/1954.)
