Biography
After his naval service he worked as a consultant in survival training 1972-1988.
 
Military Service
He was appointed as a Boy Seaman RCN (With seniority dated 01/07/1941). He served in HMCS Naden for Training 1941. He served in HMCS Annapolis 1941. He served in HMCS Kootenay 1943. He was appointed as a Able Seaman ASD 1943. He served in H.M.S. Raven for Safety Equipment Course 1946. He served in H.M.S. Eglinton as Instructor 1947. He served in HMCS Magnificent For Safety Equipment 1948. He served in HMCS Naden as New Entry Instructor 1948. He served in HMCS Shearwater as Chief of Safety Equipment Section 1949, (CFR 01/09/1955). He was appointed as a A/Commissioned Airman (SE) RCN (With seniority dated 01/09/1955).
