Biography
After his naval service he was active in municipal politics in North Saanich BC.
 
Military Service
He was appointed as an Officer Cadet RCN (With seniority dated 09/09/1954). Canadian Services College Royal Roads 1954. He was appointed as a Midshipman RCN (With seniority dated 01/09/1956).
