Biography
He was living in Montreal QC at the time of his recruitment. After his military service he was Vice-President of the Pearson Peacekeeping Centre (in Cornwallis NS). He moved to the federal public service in 2001 and retired as Chief Audit Executive (CAE) Fisheries and Oceans Canada, June 2011.

He was appointed as an Officer Cadet (UNTD) RCN(R) 1963. He served in HMCS Donnacona for UNTD 1963. He served in HMCS Cornwallis for Training 1964. (Transferred to RCN) He was appointed as an Officer Cadet (ROTP) RCN (With seniority dated 01/09/1964). In 1964 he served in HMCS Donnacona for ROTP.
