Military Service

He was appointed as a Petty Officer RCN. (CFR. He served in the Royal Navy Upper Yardmen's College H.M.S. Hawke) 1943. He was appointed as an A/Sub-Lieutenant RCN 1943. He served in H.M.S. St. Vincent for #85 Observer Training Course. He served in RNAS Arbroath for Observer Training. He was appointed as a Sub-Lieutenant (P) (O) RCN (With seniority dated 01/01/1944). He was appointed as a Lieutenant (P) (O) RCN (With seniority dated 01/04/1944). He served in RNAS Rattray for 753 RN Squadron 1946. He served in HMCS Stadacona as Additional 1949. (He was released.)
