Military Service

He was appointed as a Part-time Chaplain to the Royal Navy in Bermuda 1927-37. (He was Mobilized for World War Two service), He was appointed as a Major (Canadian Army Chaplain Corps) 1940, (Transferred to RCN), He was appointed as an Assistant Principal Chaplain (RC) (Temp.) (RC) (With seniority dated 08/01/1940). He was appointed as a Chaplain (RC) (Temp.) RCN. He served in NSHQ as Staff Chaplain to Principal Chaplain (RC) 1942. He was appointed as Chaplain of the Fleet (RC) (Temp.) RCN (With seniority dated 15/06/1944). He served in HMCS Prince David. (Appointment terminated (Services completed) 03/10/1945.)
