Biography
He formed the RCN Curling Club 1957-1958 and was the national president 1957-1960 of the RCN Curling Association.

(Mobilized for World War Two service 16/09/1939). He was appointed as a Lieutenant (Temp.) RCNVR (With seniority dated 16/09/1939). He served in HMCS Stadacona. He served in H.M.S. Alaunia (Armed Merchant Cruiser). He served in HMCS Prince David. He served in HMCS Naden. He was appointed as an A/Lieutenant-Commander (Temp.) RCNVR (With seniority dated 01/07/1943). He served with the RN for Ordnance Course 1942. He served in HMCS Stadacona on Staff of Superintendent Naval Armament Depot 1942. He was appointed as a Lieutenant-Commander (Temp.)
