Biography
He formed the RCN Curling Club 1957-1958 and was the national president 1957-1960 of the RCN Curling Association.

Alaunia (Armed Merchant Cruiser). He served in HMCS Prince David. He served in HMCS Naden. He was appointed as an A/Lieutenant-Commander (Temp.) RCNVR (With seniority dated 01/07/1943). He served with the RN for Ordnance Course 1942. He served in HMCS Stadacona on Staff of Superintendent Naval Armament Depot 1942. He was appointed as a Lieutenant-Commander (Temp.) RCNVR (With seniority dated 01/01/1944). He served in HMCS Avalon as Superintendent Naval Armament Depot St. John's. He served in NSHQ as Assistant Director Naval Ordnance. He was appointed as a A/Commander (Temp.) RCNVR (With seniority dated 07/08/1945). He served in HMCS Scotian for HMC Dockyard as Superintendent Naval Armament Depot and Manager Weapon Repair 1945. (Transferred to RCN 1946). He was appointed as a Ordnance Lieutenant-Commander RCN (With seniority dated 01/01/1944). He was appointed as a Ordnance Commander RCN (With seniority dated 01/04/1946). He served in NHQ as Director Naval Ordnance (G) 1947). He served in NHQ as Director General Naval Ordnance 1949. He was appointed as a Ordnance Captain RCN (With seniority dated 01/07/1950). He was appointed as a Ordnance Commodore RCN (With seniority dated 01/07/1953). He served in NHQ as Director-General of Naval Ordnance 1949).
