Biography
He served with the RCN Benevolent Fund. He was a consultant to the Department of Supply and Services, P.S. Ross & Partners, Intercon Consultants.

He was appointed as a Petty Officer Writer RCN. He was appointed as a Chief Petty Officer Writer RCN. He served in Fleet and Admiralty Boards 1945, (CFR, RN Upper Yardman's Course). He was appointed as an A/Sub-Lieutenant (S) RCN (With seniority dated 01/05/1946). He served in HMCS Naden for HMC Supply School for Officer's Training Course 1946. He was appointed as a Sub-Lieutenant (S) RCN (With seniority dated 01/09/1947). He served in HMCS Stadacona for RCN Air Section as Captain's Secretary 1946. He was appointed as a Lieutenant (S) RCN (With seniority dated 01/09/1947). He served in HMCS Portage as Supply Officer 1948. He served in HMCS Iroquois as Deputy Supply Officer 1948. He served in NDHQ on Interservice Pay Committee 1949. He served in HMCS Quebec as Cash Officer 1951. He served in HMCS Stadacona as Commodore's Secretary 1953. He was appointed as a Lieutenant-Commander (S) RCN (With seniority dated 19/04/1954). He served in NDHQ as Liaison Officer Defence Production 1955. He served in NHQ as Director of Electrical Stores 1956. He served in NHQ as Director Personnel Stores 1957. He served in HMCS St. Laurent as Supply Officer and as Squadron Supply Officer 1957. He served in HMCS Cayuga as Supply Officer 1959. He served in HMCS Stadacona as Inspector of Supply and Fleet Accounting 1959. He served in NDHQ as Deputy Naval Secretary (Technical Services) 1961. He was appointed as a Commander RCN (With seniority dated 01/01/1962). He served in HMCS Prevost for MBA Studies (UWO) 1962. He served in NHQ as A/Director Materiel Stock Control (Electronc Stores) 1963. He served in NDHQ as Secretary to Comptroller General 1964. He served in NDHQ on Staff of Vice Chief of Defence Staff as Secretary 1965. He served in the Canadian High Commission London as Senior Administration Officer 1969. (He was retired 19/04/1973.)
