Biography
After his naval service he was appointed as Vice-President of Saint John Shipbuilding and President of Saint John Systems, Halifax NS.

He served in HMCS Prestonian as Able-Seaman TAS Operator 1953. (CFR). He was appointed as an Officer Cadet RCN (With seniority dated 01/09/1954). He served in Royal Roads (RCNC) 1954. He was appointed as a Midshipman RCN (With seniority dated 01/09/1956). He was appointed as an A/Sub-Lieutenant RCN (With seniority dated 01/09/1957).
