Significance of Name Brigadier James "Buster" Sutherland Brown (June 28, 1881 - April 14, 1951) was a Canadian military officer best known for drafting a contingency war plan in 1921 to invade and occupy several American border cities.
 
Anecdotes
Her registry closed on November 25, 1951 and was reopened 29 June 1959. On November 25, 1987 this vessel was destroyed by fire and sank in Howe Sound BC.
