In 1941 this vessel was seized from her Japanese owners by the Canadian Government. In 1942 her ownership transferred to His Majesty the King. Ken Lund (British Columbia Nautical History Facebook Group 06/10/2014) reports that this vessel was beached at Ford's Cove on Hornby Island BC). |
