In 1946 she was owned by British Ministry of War Transport, London UK. She was sold to Job Brothers, St. John's NF as depot ship for the sealing fleet. In 1949-1951 she was owned by Blue Peter Steamships Ltd., Montreal QC. In 1951-1959 she was owned by Union Steamships Ltd., Vancouver BC. In 1955 she was chartered to the Canada Department of Transport for Arctic RCAF re-supply. In 1959-1962 she was owned by The Sannie Transportation Co. Ltd., Vancouver BC. In 1962-1976 she was sold to Northland Navigation Co. , Vancouver BC.

Anecdotes
In 1966 this vessel collided with rail barge in Grenville Channel. In 1967 this vessel collided with the trainship Alaska in Queen Charlotte Channel. Ken Lund (British Columbia Nautical History Facebook Group 25/10/2016) states that " In 1976 this vessel was sold and taken to Panama."
