In 1945 she was owned by the Royal Navy. In 1950 she was sold to Joseph Robinson and Sons, North Shields UK trading as Stag Line, for conversion into a cargo ship. In 1964 she was owned by Astrosuerte Cia Nav., Monrovia Liberia.

Anecdotes
1950, this vessel was employed as a Reserve Fleet accommodation vessel at Harwich, Essex, but soon became surplus to requirements when relieved by H.M.S. Mull of Kintyre. In 1965 this vessel was broken up at Kaohsiung Taiwan ROC.
