As the Etta Mac this vessel was reported to have operated as a rum runner. In 1924 this vesseloperated in service between Courtenay BC and Vancouver BC. In 1944 this vessel sank off Ten Mile Point and was salvaged by the RCN crane and derrick barge B.D. 6. On January 07, 1967 this vessel was destroyed by fire caused by a short-circuited battery and sank while at anchor at Gambier Island BC and was a total loss. |
