Anecdotes
In 1910 this vessel was based at the Balmoral Cannery. On April 4, 1946 this vessel foundered and sank on Kelp Reef in Ucluelet Inlet BC. Captain Jack Steele was lost in the incident, and two other members of the crew were saved.
