Anecdotes
In 1912 this vessel was a mission boat in service at Coos Bay OR. this vessel was use as a mission boat by the Rev. G. L. Hall of the American Baptist Publications Society. On June 5, 1923, this vessel foundered off the coast just south of Neahkanie Mountain, while en route from Coos Bay to Kelso. The crew survived, and the hull washed ashore and buried by sand.
