In 1902-1914 she was owned by W.K. Vanderbilt Jr. In 1914-1917 she was acquired as a Canadian Naval Torpedo Boat, as a Tender to Diana, QW2 in service with the Royal Canadian Navy. In 1919-1935 she was owned by The Minister of the Naval Service, Ottawa ON.

Anecdotes
This vessel was paid-off in 1917 as a result of damage to the engine mounts. this vessel was sold and stripped for salvage in 1918. In the 1930s her hull lay in the Northwest Arm, at Halifax NS.
