In 1939 this vessel was built as a "despatch boat". Hull- cedar. Frames- oak. Decks- fir. Cabin- fir. Cabin configuration: wheelhouse forward, trunk cabin aft. Special Notes: Quarter berths, wheelhouse above engine room, galley on port side, head starboard. The wheelhouse has been enlarged from the original. Modernization for liveaboard status included pressure water, refrigerator, constavolt, new wiring, diesel heater, new fuel tank. (In 1990 this vessel was designated as a British Columbia Vintage Vessel by the Maritime Museum of British Columbia.) (This vessel apparently has disappeared - its whereabouts unknown to the Maritime Museum of British Columbia since at least 2016. The Museum continues to maintain ownership title.) this register has been officially closed in 07/12/2023.
