Anecdotes
On August 5, 1946 this vessel ran aground on Secretary Island BC two miles west of Beechey Head. this vessel was pulled free by the tug Salvage Chieftain and taken to Esquimalt to repair her forefoot which had been torn off. In 1967 this vessel was broken up at Miihara Japan.
