Anecdotes
Ava Lerner (Email to Nauticapedia 24/05/2018) states that "sadly her owner has become ill and is no longer able to care for her, the owner's daughter now has ownership of the boat but unfortunately wants noting to do with Sunny Seas. Long story short - Sunny Seas is being crushed and used for spare parts, this is truly sad because I having owned a Grenfell see how beautiful boats they are not to mention that I myself have seen Sunny Seas smoothly gliding through the waves." Jonn Reid (Grenfell Society states "I noticed that on the page of the 43’ “Sunny Seas” there is a report that this vessel was being broken up. In July of 2020 this vessel was spotted intact and afloat at Lynnwood Marina under the 2nd Narrows Bridge in North Vancouver."
