Anecdotes
This vessel was built for the RCMP as part of the reconstruction process for ā€œEā€ Division (British Columbia). this vessel operated out of Powell River. In 1961 ML 2 was transferred to the RCMP Marine Division, in 1962 her name changed to Tahsis and this vessel was moved to the Port Alice area. In August 1964 this vessel was moved to Tahsis. This vessel carried a Warrant to wear the the Blue Ensign ML2 350 (1961) Tahsis 390 (1962). Sister Ship: ML 1/ Westview.
