This vessel could be YMS-431 or YMS-432. this vessel was once billed as the "largest fishing vessel in British Columbia". In 1964 this vessel was in service seining, dragging and halibut fishing. On March 22, 1975 this vessel foundered and sank carrying a full cargo of 250 tons of herring off Estevan Point on the west coast of Vancouver Island. Her crew of six was safely picked up by the Wind Song 8. |
