In 1942 she was appraised at $5,800 when her ownership was transferred to His Majesty the King as H.M.C.S. Moresby III. In 1945 she was sold to M.W. Sring, Victoria BC. In 1945 she was owned by Joseph Falconer, Victoria BC. In 1946 she was owned by Falconer Fishing Fleet Ltd., Victoria BC. In 1949-1953 she was owned by British Columbia Packers Ltd., Vancouver BC. In 1956-1971 she was owned by Alfred Joliffe, Alert Bay BC. In 1972-1978 she was owned by Henry Delisle, Campbell River BC. In 1979-2004 she was owned by Delisle Enterprises Ltd., Campbell River BC Canada. In 2008 she was purchased by Norm Johnson who had her extensively modernized and reconditioned for use as a private yacht. In 2011-2018 she was owned by McNeill Bay Marine Ltd., Sidney BC Canada. In 1941 this vessel was seized from her Japanese owners by the Canadian Government. In 1942 her ownership transferred to His Majesty the King. In 1943 this vessel was tender to H.M.C.S. Givenchy II. In 1944 this vessel was tender to H.M.C.S. Givenchy. In 2023 this vessel was re-registered in Canada.
