In 1941 she was owned by Sadakichi Yamanaka, Vancouver, BC. In 1942 she was seized from her Japanese owners for service with the Royal Canadian Air Force. At the time her appraised value was $7,500. In 1961 she was sold to Frode Friis, Vancouver, BC. In 1969 she was sold to Alfred Styan, Bamfield, BC
