In 1928 she was owned by Kristian Parkvoid. In 1935 she burned and sank. She was purchased from the underwriters by Kristian Parkvold, Vancouver BC. In 1942 she was appraised at $12,300 and placed under charter and was commissioned into the Royal Canadian Navy Fisherman's Reserve. In 1944 she was returned to her owner. In 1945-1948 she was owned by Kristian Parkvold, Vancouver BC. In 1949 she was owned by Peter Parkvold, Prince Rupert BC.

Anecdotes
This vessel formed part of the pre-war Fishermen’s Reserve Fleet. On December 3, 1935 this seiner, while owned by Kristian Parkvold, burned at Deepwater Bay north of Seymour Narrows BC. this vessel was destroyed by fire and sank in 10 fathoms of water. this vessel was purchased from the insurance underwriters by Kristian Parkvold and rebuilt. This vessel formed part of the pre-war Fishermen’s Reserve Fleet. this vessel was mobilized September 15, 1939 and commissioned into the Royal Canadian Navy Fisherman's Reserve as H.M.C.S. Takla. In 1942 this vessel was appraised at $12,300. In 1944 this vessel was serving as tender to H.M.C.S. Chatham. On February 7, 1951 this vessel was stranded approximately 1/8 mile west northwest of Lucy Island, Parry Passage BC and this vessel sank on February 13, 1951.
