Anecdotes
This vessel is said to have been operated as a rum runner. This vessel made one Pacific rum running trip November 1932 - March 1933. (Miles, Fraser (1992)). On July 5, 1960 this vessel was destroyed by fire in the Fraser River. Rick James (Email to Nauticapedia 02/07/2017) reports that "I just spoke with the Squamish Harbour Authority abouth the Riverside Y. this vessel was derelict on the beach and broken up last spring (2017) by a property developer."
