Ed Lien (British Columbia Nautical History Facebook Group 14/10/2018) states that "this vessel was built by Brian Walker. Fish boat builder. He put wood aside for many many years - decking came from a Union Steamship for example. When he had enough material he built Passing Cloud. He was embarrassed that it took him 6 years! He sailed it to Tahiti twice." |
