In 1940 she was built for the RCAF for service based at Ucluelet BC Canada. In 1953 she was sold by Crown Assets Disposal Corporation, Ottawa ON Canada. In 1953-1958 she was owned by James A. Wilby (Wilby Machine Works), Victoria BC Canada. In 1961 she was owned by Mrs. Ethel McLagan et al (JO), Victoria BC Canada. She was removed from the registry, and licensed in Port Alberni. In 1962 she was purchased by Al Lavigne, Port Alberni BC, as a crew boat for Slam Bam Logging, She was purchased by Orin Hubert and Earl Godwin, partners. Port Alberni, BC Canada. In 1971 she was purchased by Bob Charnell , Port Alberni BC Canada. In 1991 she was owned by Lawrence Charnell, Port Alberni BC Canada. In 2018 she was removed from service. In 2018 she was donated to the Port Alberni Maritime Discovery Center for permanent display to be restored to original RCAF colors and design November 2018.
