Boilers by Vulcan Iron Works Vancouver BC. This vessel was sunk by enemy action at Bridgetown Barbados and later salvaged. In 1944 this vessel was torpedoed by the German submarine U-1230 in the Bay of Fundy with the loss of 42 lives. |
