Anecdotes
On July 10, 1932 this power cruiser, owned by John Cowdry, Vancouver BC, suffered an explosion and burned at McNab Creek, Howe Sound BC. The boat was being moved to a safe anchorage during stormy weather when the engine exploded as it was being started. One man was hurled into the water and the other onto a log boom. The vessel burned to the waterline and sank.
